Important information
Last updated: October 2026. Please read this before relying on anything on this website.
Current status
- “Breathing Fish University” is a working brand name for an education services provider planned in Dubai Knowledge Park, United Arab Emirates. It is not a degree-awarding body, and use of the word “University” is subject to legal and regulatory approval.
- The licences and permits described on this site (including the Dubai Knowledge Park licence, the KHDA permit and UQAIB authorisation) are being sought and have not yet been granted.
- “MSc Finance and Trading” is an illustrative working title. The degree title, curriculum, module sizes, fees and entry rules are proposals and will be confirmed through the awarding university’s approval process.
- The awarding university will be named only once a signed agreement and approvals are in place.
- All dates are planned and may change.
- Applications are not open. Registering interest is not an application and does not reserve a place.
Recognition
The award would be a degree of a European (Finnish) university. Recognition in other countries depends on each country’s rules. UAE recognition of online foreign degrees follows the Ministry of Education’s conditional recognition rules, which matters for UAE public-sector employment; graduates may face equivalency issues for UAE government jobs. We will publish verified recognition information for each main student market before recruitment.
No financial advice and no guarantees

Your rights
Before you apply, you will receive a university-approved programme information pack and a statement of your rights and obligations, which you must open and acknowledge. Information we publish is treated as pre-contract information; material changes will follow a published procedure, with your consent where required. Complaints and appeals about academic matters are decided by the university under its degree regulations.
